【Properties and applications】

1, easily soluble in water, solution is milky white, not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metal salts and reducing agents, penetration fast, uniform, with good wetting, penetration, emulsification, foaming performance. It has good wetting, penetration, emulsification and foaming properties. It has the best penetration effect at 40℃ or below, and is easy to be hydrolyzed when it meets alkali at high temperature, so it is suitable for the fabric to be treated with penetrant at 40℃ or below and then warmed up. Penetrant T is not resistant to strong alkali, can not be added directly into the concentrated lye, should be diluted with lye before adding the penetrant T.

2, this product is a highly effective penetrant, used for processing cotton, hemp, viscose and its blended products, after treatment of fabrics without boiling directly bleaching or dyeing, can improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton, printing and dyeing fabrics feel softer, fuller. When practicing bleaching of raw material, it is better for the dyestuff to be retired first to ensure the penetration effect.

3, penetrating agent T use, if you find too much foam, you can add a small amount of defoamer, GP or octanol, tributyl phosphate and other defoaming.

4、Used for cotton dyeing; used for pesticide wettable powder.
