Features and advantages:

         This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent dispersion performance of inorganic pigments and organic pigments. Excellent hiding power. It is the best choice for dispersing high-pigment carbon blacks such as FW200, 5000, and SB6. It has excellent dispersion properties for other difficult-to-disperse organic pigments and inorganic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue.

 Good pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, and achieve steric hindrance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation. Due to the fine particle size of the dispersed pigment, the system can obtain excellent chroma and gloss.

Fields of application: Suitable for UV-curable coating systems.

How to use:

         It is applied to commonly used organic and inorganic pigments. In order to achieve the ideal effect, the pigments and dispersants are added to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

          Titanium dioxide: 0.1-3%

           Inorganic pigments: 0.5-5%

           Organic pigments: 10-40%

          Carbon black 10-40%

           Add this product before grinding

Storage and transportation:

            It is a non-flammable dangerous product, and it is stable at room temperature.
