Features and advantages:

       This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent dispersion properties of carbon black, inorganic pigments and organic pigments. Excellent color performance and hiding power. It is the best choice for dispersing high-pigment carbon blacks such as FW200, 5000, and SB6. It has excellent dispersion properties for phthalocyanine blue and other difficult-to-disperse carbon blacks and organic pigments.

       Excellent pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, and achieve steric hindrance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation. Due to the fine particle size of the dispersed pigment, the system can obtain excellent chroma and gloss.

Fields of application: Suitable for solvent-based and UV-curable coating systems.

How to use:

       Applied to carbon black and organic pigments, in order to achieve the ideal effect, the pigments and dispersants are added to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

       Inorganic pigments: 0.5-2%

       Organic pigments: 15-40%

       High Surface Carbon Black Carbon Black 30-70%

       Add this product before grinding

Storage and transportation:

       The ambient temperature is 5-30°C, it is a non-flammable dangerous product, and it is stable at room temperature.
