Features and advantages:

 This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent carbon black and organic pigment dispersion performance, excellent effect， good storage stability, no return to coarse, significantly reduced pigment grinding viscosity, excellent color development and hiding power. It is the best choice for dispersing high-pigment carbon black and organic pigments such as FW200, 5000, and SB6. It also has excellent dispersion performance for other difficult-to-disperse organic pigments and matte powders such as phthalocyanine blue. Good pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, and achieve steric hindrance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation. Due to the fine particle size of the dispersed pigment, the system can obtain excellent chroma and gloss.

How to use:

It can be effectively applied to commonly used organic and inorganic pigments. In order to achieve the desired effect, the pigment should be added after the dispersant is added and then ground.

Titanium dioxide: 0.3-3%

     Inorganic pigments: 0.5-5%

     Organic pigments: 15-50%

Carbon black 15-50%

     Add this product before grinding

Storage and transportation:

      The ambient temperature is 5-30°C, it is a non-flammable dangerous product, and it is stable at room temperature.
